Broker Development Executive
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Location: West Midlands / Midlands
Our client is a successful and expanding Insurance Network specifically designed to assist Independent Commercial Insurance Brokers in gaining access to all classes of Insurance for their clients. Currently they are seeking a Development Executive who will recruit new brokers across the Midlands and maintain relationships with their existing clients.
Responsibilities
Identify and target new independent Brokers who would benefit from being part of the Network
Work with existing brokers and ensure a continuous level of service is provided and that they receive the required level of support
Develop strong relationships within the Brokers
As part of a small team you will be expected to become involved marketing & PR exercises
Regularly attend networking events
Responsibilities
Experienced within the Insurance Industry with a solid understanding of the Commercial Broking market
Good working knowledge of the Insurance Networks
Strong communications skills
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships
Progress towards ACII is desirable
