Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor for a forward moving leading Legal practice. This is an exciting firm to join as a smart career move. This practice has become a proven market leader in recent years and will offer a reputable and high profile caseload of high value and multi track claims. You will be required to assist a Partner with a caseload of catastrophic injury motor claims and will be able to handle complex Injury claims from inception to completion. The successful candidate will need to be able to manage their own caseload with minimal supervision and have the confidence to decide on settlement and complex issues. Responsibilities:
Assisting a Partner with complex catastrophic injury claims
Manage a mixed caseload of liability and quantum disputes both pre and post issue
Confident in undertaking Court hearings and to be competent in core legal skills including drafting, negotiation and advocacy
Demonstrate sound knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules
Willingness to undertake development to achieve further or professional qualifications
Handle higher value claims
Ability to hit revenue and cash targets
Skills:
You will need to be a Qualified Solicitor with proven experience and post qualifying experience
Candidates from both claimant and defendant backgrounds will be considered
Must have prior experience of litigation, multi-track, high value and catastrophic injury claims. Must demonstrate a proactive approach and consistent attention to detail
An awareness of strategy and tactics in progressing case to trial
Experience of Handling Personal catastrophic personal Injury claims within a Legal environment
