Private Client Trust Administrator
Location: Northampton
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000
Our Client is a Leading Organisation in the region and are seeking a Trust Administrator to join their practice with qualifications either in ILEX or ATT. The position will suit either a qualified Legal Executive with experience handling the administration of private client estates or an Accountancy Trainee with particular expertise in Tax and Tax related matters. Responsibilities
Once Trained you will be able to demonstrate compliance for individuals and administration and taxation of Trusts. You will assist 3 Partners and 6 Fee Earners of the Private Client Department liaising with the 2 offices in Northampton and Cambridge. You will assist and handle Administration of Estates, accounting and taxation of Estates. Your role will also include Personal Tax returns and assist with Lasting Powers of Attorney LPA Administration.
Skills
It is essential that you either come from a Legal background with experience gained within a Private Client Department as an ILEX handling administration of Estates or ATT Qualified Tax Accountant. Due to the nature of this role you should have excellent numerate abilities and it would be beneficial if you have gained training from a major accountancy firm, HMRC and or the Institute of Legal Executives. An eye for detail will be crucial in the Administration of Estates and it will be necessary to demonstrate good time keeping and organisational skills. You should be a keen team player and have the ability to work to deadlines with volume caseloads.
