An opportunity to join the largest set of conveyancing Practices in the South West has just arisen and they are on the hunt for experienced conveyancing lawyers or Legal Executives. They will offer a competitive Salary, excellent portfolios, a welcoming Team environment and solid team of support to help you in managing your caseload and caring for your clients.
Responsibilities
You will be running your own caseload of circa 100 files in residential conveyancing. You will work within a friendly team and have your own support to manage your files. The firm will help with your development investing heavily in your potential by offering supports study for the CLC qualification, and run one of the CLC Foundation modules as an accredited in-house module. Your services will be received by including estate agency, mortgage and related financial services, lettings, conveyancing and surveying.
Skills
You will need to be either a qualified Solicitor or experienced Conveyancer who has worked with volumised caseloads in residential conveyancing. Candidates who have experience in Probate and conveyancing will also be considered for this position. You should apply if you are experienced at any level in your legal career. Good organisation and an eye for detail are essential as is the ability to care for your clients 100% with a professional and proactive approach.
