Personal Injury Litigation Executive
Location: Manchester

A repeatable Legal 500, one of the largest national commercial law firms is looking for a Personal Injury Solicitor with proven litigation experience. Within this busy role you'll be handling a varied caseload of pre litigated and litigated work covering motor cases of a value up to £25,000 with appropriate levels of supervision. These will include cases where liability is disputed and, in relation to motor, may involve credit hire. You will act as a point of contact for client's demonstrating a level of knowledge and skill commensurate with experience.
You'll also be assuming responsibility for quality control and benchmark compliance on your caseload, including accuracy and timeliness of management reporting and information. You'll handle confidential information in line with the firm's data security protocols.
Skills
You should be a Litigation Executive who has experience in motor litigation (both vehicle damage only and personal injury claims) and employers liability litigation. Previous experience of dealing with claims involving an element of credit hire would be useful although not essential as training will be given. A law degree/Ilex status or equivalent is essential. You'll also be completing your work to a high standard with excellent attention to detail and a concern for quality of service. In order to meet deadlines you'll have excellent organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise your workload whilst working under pressure. You'll be a confident communicator who can communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in written form. You'll have a flexible, positive attitude. You'll also have the ability to work on your own initiative without close supervision.
