Our well established client is seeking a qualified paraplanner to join their team and enjoy the benefits of working with a high class, reputable wealth management company.
Job Description
The chosen candidate will partake in a number of duties supporting the consultants and administrators.
Assisting the consultant with reviewing and researching their customer's fact-find and notes
Adhering to compliance guidelines writing Suitability letters, reports and recommendations
Prepare existing clients valuations and make recommendations in line with their investments and attitude to risk
Using the various industry software packages
Offer technical support to the consultants, clients and admin team
Keep templates up to date with current legislation changes when necessary
Professional and confidentiality is maintained at all times
Skills and Requirements
Have or working towards the Diploma in Financial Services
Sound technical knowledge of Pensions /Employee Benefits / Life Products/Investments/IHT planning
IT literate with Microsoft packages, excel, Word and Outlook
Experience in using Avelo/ 1st Software, Exweb/Exchange and Financial Express Analytics an advantage but not essential as training is given
Well educated with excellent organisational skills
Works to company standards and procedures
Good communicator at all levels
Good sense of humour, team player with a pro active work method
Enthusiastic learner
