This is an exciting opportunity to join a local firm of Independent Chartered Accountants in Bristol, the role would ideally suit an AAT Qualified candidate with experience of working within a firm of Chartered Accountants
Duties and Responsibilities
Preparation of accounts to trial balance, producing Profit and Loss Account, Balance Sheets, Bank Reconciliation and Cash Flow Statements
Liaising with clients to ensure all information is gathered and prepared in order to be able to prepare comprehensive and accurate accounts
Liaising with the Accountant to ensure all relevant information is communicated for client meetings
Responsibility for supervising the day to say work load of the Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper, managing their ongoing development
Attending training sessions as appropriate in order to ensure that core skills are maintained and knowledge of technology and software packages is up to date
Ad hoc tasks, as and when required

AAT / ATT Qualiifed
The post holder will be able to work both independently and as part of a team, showing good communication and administrative skills
