Large Financial Institution seeks to attract a proven Decision Support / Financial Planning Manager to support a senior management team.
Understand key stakeholder reporting requirements and hold regular discussion with the stakeholders on their needs. The stakeholders will include the Directors, CEO, and the Co-Heads of specific business streams. It is expected that the stakeholder requirement will change as the Division continues with it strategic job of merging and restructuring.
Work alongside the Director and various teams to interpret and challenge financial reporting of Actual and Forecast Performance analysis.
Co-ordinate input from other areas of the Bank including Transaction Support, Solutions and Treasury, ensuring that the different data sources can be combined to produce a single coherent, whole picture view of the Banks divisional performance and outlook including upside and downside risks.
Production of the Executive Reports that provide a whole picture view of the Banks performance and appraise performance in the context of the Banks strategy. It is envisaged that Executive Reporting will include:
- Development of KPIs linked to the strategy of the Bank
- Risks and opportunities to future performance in the context of strategy.
- Analysis of actual performance versus forecast, interpretation of the impact of variances on future results and assessment of any implications upon strategy.
Ad-hoc analysis for Director in supporting Executives.
Ideally you will be an accountancy qualified, finance professional with a track record within decision support and financial planning. You must have strong executive reporting experience. You must possess first class interpersonal skills, able to communicate and influence effectively at all levels.
