Financial Services business seeks to attract an accomplished Financial Planning & Analysis Manager for an interim assignment supporting Global Operations.
Key Accountabilities
· Assist with the execution of the annual budgeting process
· Provide monthly, quarterly, annual reporting of actual results for the Global Head, Project Operations
· Provide timely, insightful reporting and analysis of management results for the Global Head, Operations, and Head of Finance
· Provide analysis of monthly, annual and quarterly management reporting to identify trends and highlight opportunities for business growth
· Assist with the preparation and update of Key Performance Indicators and Balanced Scorecards for Operations globally
· Provide trend analysis to the Global Head, Project Operations and Head of Finance on lagging and leading indicators impacting their areas of responsibility
· Work with Project Support and Delivery to monitor and track costs/benefits for Ops sponsored projects
· Provide ad hoc reporting in response to requests from the Global Operations Leadership team and Head of Finance
· Assist with the collation of Ops data required to produce efficiency and effectiveness analysis by product, client and geography.
· Assist with the preparation of financials to support business cases and key initiatives
· Provide financial expertise to special initiatives
Required
You must be accountancy qualified with relevant financial planning & analysis and management reporting and project experience. The breadth of knowledge required for this role is extensive including a variety of financial analysis, financial modelling, planning and management information systems. You must have a large company background and have financial planning & analysis experience of a global, group or international project department.
