Project Manager Investment Bank - HR System Transformation
My Client A city based Investment Bank are currently recruiting for Project Manager / Analyst to undertake the selection phase of a new HR (Human Resources) Management System, which will replace an ageing system that will no longer be supported in its present form.
The role will involve analysing the existing workflow, identifying flaws and and suggesting improvements, reviewing the system requirements, drawing up potential vendor solutions, evaluation proposals and developing the implementation plan.
The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of Human Resources Management Practices in Investment banking, having gained experience previously in their career and should have worked on similar HR systems transformation / change projects within an Investment Bank.Aston Carter Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
