Business Analyst/Change Analyst contract opportunity with a banking client in Edinburgh. BA is required to work collaboratively as part of a team to support the planning, organising, control and delivery of a range of small, medium and large sized projects within the Programme portfolio.
There are 2 areas that require a Change Analyst, one is a Customer and Staff Education and Advocacy workstream the other a business wide project to reduce cheque usage. So experience of similar projects will be an advantage.
Essential experience ...
* 3 years Business Change experience
* Financial Services background
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Strong Communication skills
* Proven track record of developing plans and tracking performance
Desirable experience
* Experience of working on cultural change
* Experience of working on cheque usage programmes
