Senior Compliance Development Consultant, Surrey. Rapidly expanding & award winning financial services group is looking to recruit a Senior Compliance Development Consultant. This is an innovative new role that will report to the Head of Compliance Monitoring and Development and make a significant contribution to the effectiveness of the Compliance functions through the development and maintenance of robust monitoring, provision of comprehensive support and ongoing analysis of regulatory risk. Working pro-actively within the Group, you will promote best practice with the aim of reducing regulatory risks. Additionally, the successful applicant will also provide development support for the wider compliance function. Applicants must have a proven compliance track record in financial services, preferably in the retail insurance market.
