An international Financial Services organisation is currently looking to recruit an HR Risk Management Specialist into the team in Zurich, Switzerland. Your responsibilities will include:
&bull Ensuring all HR policy, Standard Letter templates, Frequently Used Solutions used by the HR Service Centers, and employee portal (HR Portal) content meets statutory and legislative requirements and do not represent any reputational, operational or financial risk
&bull Ensuring all HR processes incorporate appropriate control mechanisms, including legislative e.g Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) obligations, data protection and MICOS compliance tasks
&bull Guiding HR Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, etc. through the policy-making/updating process, incl. advising, coordinating legal and compliance review and editing documentation and coordinating publication on the HR Portal
&bull Provide policy and risk management expertise and guidance for the Switzerland region and partner with HR SMEs, HR Advisors and HR Service Centers, staying abreast of regional market trends and practices.
The successful candidate will:
&bull Have experience in HR and risk/control
&bull Speak fluent German and English
&bull Have worked for a Financial Services organisation, ideally in Switzerland
&bull Have demonstrated functional expertise in at least two HR or risk/control areas, i.e. HR core functions, HR operations/support/administration, SOX, BCP, LCD, audit.
