We are currently recruiting across the UK for Regional Directors for our client within the retail bank networks. The role will be to manage approximately 8 Retail Area Managers who in turn have responsibility to manage approximately 10 branches.
You will ideally be currently fulfilling this role for your current employer or at least a similar role at this level of responsibility and must have a provable track record.

Basic salary range is £60,000 - £90,000 dependent upon experience, location and track record, potentially higher for a top performing Regional Director. The package includes 15% value account and 15% retirement savings with discretionary bonus of up to 50% of base salary.
