FPSG are recruiting for a Big 4 Restructuring team who currently who have an opportunity for a Senior Manager to join their successful team in Scotland. They supply a range of services to underperforming business and their stakeholders, focusing on identifying and resolving issues affecting profitability, protecting enterprise value and facilitating a full recovery where possible.
Assignments vary from financially robust companies seeking to acquire underperforming competitors, to distressed businesses requiring an urgent solution. Our Client offer solutions and advice in many areas including but not limited to creditor advisory services debtor advisory services accelerated M&A and distressed investing on both the buy and sell side of transactionperformance improvement strategic performance reviews corporate simplification and corporate insolvency
This is an excellent opportunity to work for one of the largest dedicated teams in the UK and develop your restructuring and insolvency skills.
Experience & Qualifications
CA / ACCA qualified or equivalent
Proven track record working on Bank led and non formal advisory assignments
Experience planning and implementing restructuring projects
Degree and ideally JIEB qualified
Experience of Independent Business Reviews
