Job Description


Hays Banking are currently recruiting for a EMEA KYC Administrator to work for a large global Investment Bank based in Bournemouth.  The EMEA KYC team is part of the Client Onboarding space. It is a global team with a presence in London, Bournemouth, Delaware, Tokyo, Singapore and Bangalore. EMEA KYC acts as the control in the account opening process to ensure that regulatory requirements are met by the Front Office and Sponsorship is complete. The function exists to support the IB Front Office in meeting regulatory requirements surrounding Know Your Client (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML)

Key responsibilities for the successful candidate will be
* Co-ordinating Terms of Business mailings
* Coordinating Business Technology requests
* Daily data entry into databases
* Maintenance of Archives
* Technology access requests
* Stationery Orders
* Scanning
* Supporting KYC team in the processing of new client account requests from both EMEA and Global business units that EMEA KYC supports.
