Our client is a Uk leading Bank looking for Inbound Sales Advisors to join there Insurance team in Stockton-on-Tees.This is a chance to make the most of your experience and gain a career with one of the countries biggest banks insurance arm. Working rotational shifts Monday -Sunday betweenthe hours of 8am - 9pm. Your role will be to take incoming calls and provide Insurance quotations, resolving customer queries and using your initiative to maximise sales opportunities.
In order to be successful it is essential to have experience incustomer service andworking towards sales targets. You will be someone who thrives on selling and negotiating, but who never loses sight of whats best for the customer and not just for the business. As you resolve customer queries and decide on the best course of actionwhilst also identifyingcross-selling opportunities.There is also astrong practical element to the role, youwill need you to be able to follow set procedures, plan ahead and check details. You should be able to communicate well with your customers and colleagues. while we expect you to manage your own time effectively, we will also expect you to be flexible. Adaptable and willing to go above and beyond on every single call, and provide excellent customer service.
