A bank branch is looking for a Customer Advisor to join their team. You will provide a face-to-face banking service to the banks customers, offering them services and products that suit their financial needs.
You must:
Have previous experience of sales lead generation
Have a desire to succeed within a sales role
Be motivated and customer orientated
Experience of working in a sales through service environment is desirable
Your main duties will include:
Being the first point of contact for customers in the branch in order to deal with and action either a range of general banking/account enquiries/concerns and/or specific service/product enquiries.]
Identify where the bank can help the customer
Pursue potential sales leads
Support the branch with cashiering and administrative duties and contribute towards a culture of excellence by giving the best possible service experience to customers
Competitive salary dependant upon experience:
12,000 - 14,000 Bonuss Benefits
