Opportunity within a leading corporate bank for a Corporate Director to lead a team of Business Development Managersrequired tojoin a dynamic South East Bank and help contribute to a steady phase of prosperity and recent expansion.
You will be part of a senior leadership team within the Corporate Banking Centre (25mturnover market) and will develop and lead a team of circa 5/6.
My client is looking for a self starter with leadership experience within a corporate banking environment and a good working knowledge of structured banking transactions, IPOs, leveraged finance, syndicated loans, private placements, bonds and securitisations and global capital markets. An understanding a riskmanagement and credit mitigants and strong credit knowledge are also essential factors.
You will have a fresh perspective andthe ability toproduce and deliver innovative solutions. You will be able to influence a challenging peer group and facilitate change within yours and the wider team. You will also be responsible for driving forward the profile of the bank across your area.
