REGIONAL DIRECTOR - Retail Banking
LOCATION - NORTH EAST
SALARY - 60,000 - 90,000 Bonus 15% pension contribution
A Senior Retail Banking Director opportunity has arisen within an international banking organisation. The requirement is based within the North East, managing approx. 80 branches within a retail banking network, managing 8 FTE at a Area Manager level.

Develop the Region and Brand as key contributors to the local community and economy
Transform and proactively set the Regional Local Market Strategy to move the Bank to No.1 or No.2 in our chosen markets
Lead and coach your people to empower, inspire and motivate them to maximise the opportunities identified in their local market and to enable them to create and maintain a high local profile
Manage costs in line with budget plan, including salary costs, preventable fraud losses and cash losses
Achievement of the people metrics targets including STT, absence and turnover
Develop and deliver an effective Regional strategy forecasting market trends and direct reports knowledge of their local customer base
