Recruiting a retail banking professional for a well-known Building Society to work alongside the Bank Manager in branch to lead and motivate the branch sales team.
Ideally you will be a Personal Banker from the retail banking sector. You must be able to sell a range of non-regulated banking products in branch as well as motivate branch sellers to maximise profits and service levels.
A unique opportunity to work for a Building Society where your perfomance is well-rewarded and recognised.
On a daily basis you will manage the branch in the managers absence as well as ensure that you sell banking products in a compliant manner according to FSA regulations.
You will also conduct team meetings to motivate sales & service standards and discuss new products/incentives etc
You will also assist the Branch Manager in staff reviews.
