Recruiting for experienced sellers to work in a busy high street branch in Cardiff as a PERSONAL BANKER.

Mobile phone Sales Consultant, Recruitment Consultant, Estate Agent, Mortgage Adviser, Car Sales, Sales Negotiator or a seller in the retail banking network?

My client is looking to recruit Personal Bankers who are responsible for selling within a Non-Regulated Environment e.g. personal lending, credit cards, added value accounts, general insurance - plus new accounts, savings and referrals across regulated, mortgage and Business Banking partnerships.
A Personal Banker is an effective communicator and team player. You will be building the profile of the bank in the local community for customers to associate strong service levels to match quality banking products.
Your job is to interview the banks customers and provide the right solutions to their personal banking needs as a guide to the banks product & service range. Managing and generating your customer diary appointments will test your time management skills and ability to engage with a variety of customers and colleagues.
You will also identify specialist sales opportunities for your colleagues to develop from your customer base and possess strong negotiation/objection handling skills.
This is a targeted sales & service role. Candidates must have a strong background in customer facing sales and evidenced targeted sales experience.
You must demonstrate your customer facing sales experience and give examples of your sales achievements/targets/KPIs on your cv.
You will be experienced in selling in a customer facing environment, building rapport with your customer to sell additional products and promote all areas of the business.
You must be able to successfully pass a credit check
Candidates are expected to have a minimum of 5 GSCEs grades A-C which include Maths & English
