Recruiting for experienced customer facing sales & service advisors to work in a busy high street branch as a banking Cashier/Sales & Service Advisor in Newport, South Wales
This is a job in branch of a bank / building society. The job is customer facing. You will be handling sums of money behind a cashiering till and also provide excellent customer service.
Your cv must be centred around customer facing sales & service experience in an environment that demands high levels of customer interaction and quality service. You will be adept at interacting with customers in a face-to-face setting.
You will spend valuable time with the banks customers and assist them in their banking needs. This might be discussing a banking / insurance product in more detail, opening a new account, booking an appointment with a specialist advisor or handling sums of money.
In short you will be looking for opportunities to introduce the range of banking services and products available to the banks customers. Your excellent customer service and sales skills will be brought to the fore!
You will be working in branch to deliver effective, efficient and compliant levels of customer service
You will work as part of the banking branch team to maximise customer satisfaction
You will contribute to the overall performance of the banking branch team
You will proactively look for sales opportunities and refer these opportunities on to the Personal Banking team to develop
You will undertake till balancing, "back office" and administrative duties to ensure branch compliance
