You will be motivated to delight customers and achieve sales while ensuring we meet all our regulatory and financial security requirements. Leading your branch to perform at the highest standards within quality and control procedures, youll always be looking for ways to improve things. Youll work with your colleagues to build positive relationships with new and existing customers giving advice and information on products. Youll need to combine experience of being part of a customer-facing sales team, possibly in a retail sales environment, with a detailed understanding of branch or store control procedures and financial security. Ideally you will also have retail banking experience. You will need to demonstrate cash management experience and be ready to take the next step within a financial services environment.
