Large Financial Institution seeks an accomplished Financial Planning Manager with strong stakeholder management experience to join and established team.
Key accountabilities
*Co-ordinate the preparation of information for the financial planning, budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring contacts are of their performance and any variance from agreed targets.
*Lead the financial planning process for the department including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and stakeholder management
*Obtain information from and deliver information to other finance units, agreeing outputs and deliverables and identifying process enhancements to increase operational efficiency
*Define user requirements and test / implement computer systems, ensuring these support operational efficiency and provide data to meet the changing needs of the business
*Identify, obtain approval and subsequently plan, communicate and implement processes necessary to reflect organisation and business changes within area(s) of responsibility
*Assume responsibility for projects affecting the local area as defined by senior management, coordinating plans and resources to achieve agreed deliverables within the required time, cost and quality parameters
*Contribute to the development and implementation of finance policies to support local business objectives or to ensure compliance with regulations as defined by senior finance managers
*Communication and Interpretation of Group and Divisional forecasting requirements
Ideally you will be a qualified accountant with demonstrable financial planning and business partnering experience. You must have good Excel and IT skill. You must possess first class interpersonal skills, able to influence at all levels.
