European Bank seeks to attract a strong technical financial accountant to join and support the finance team during a busy reporting and project period.
Key Responsibilities
Monthly reports to Head Office of the Investment Banking/Swaps business
Managing and producing IFRS accounting reports (IAS 32, 39, IFRS 7)
Assisting the Accounts Manager to control and maintain the integrity of the Investment Banking accounting
Other ad-hoc management reporting requirements
Requirements
Qualified Accountant with relevant experience
Excellent communication, reporting and networking skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
Strong knowledge of IAS 32, 39 and IFRS 7 and be technically able to interpret and translate technical developments/details to business impacts
Able to work successfully both as an individual and as part of a team
Keen attention to detail
Good organisation and system skills
Analytical mindset
Robust, resilient and able to cope well under pressure
