The role involves providing day-to-day processing support to the Agency function, delivering accurate and high quality products, and building collaborative relationships with the Syndication front office group and clients. In addition, you will be creating loan documentation and processing agent duties. Furthermore, you will be assisting in the training of staff and providing support to other banking operations. You must be inter-personally very strong and highly motivated with the willingness to learn and understand new processes, procedures and products. You must have demonstrable experience in syndicate loans and LBOs (leverage buy outs) and be familiar with Loan IQ.
