<p>A Kitchen Manager/Head Chef is required to take charge of the food provision within this 3 star property. Supported by a small but dedicated brigade, you will produce a fresh cook, menu as designed by you, alongside weddings, parties and functions to both business and leisure guests. Working splits shifts breakfast and dinner 5 days out of 7, on an average 45 hours per week, you will report in to the General Manager and have the support of a strong team. Salary is around 20K per year and live-in accommodation is available. This hotel is not serviced by public transport and so your own transport is essential.
