PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate would be primarily responsible for the day to day management of up to 10 people in the Accounts Payable Team based in the South East and the India branch You will analyse verify overlook and reconcile accounts payable
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with the cash payment team to ensure that supplier payments are authorised in plan with forecast
Clear both companies bank reconciliation in Euros and GBP
Review the payroll figures before submitting to outsourced payroll company
Providing support with internal audits external audits audits including year end
Liaising with warehouse sales buyers other Finance functions and management to manage expectations as well as ensure that the department is providing the required service levels and all queries are dealt with effectively and efficiently
Preparation of all documents and dealing with monthly bank audit queries
