My client is looking for a number of experienced collections advisors
The role involves making outbound calls on a dialer system to customers who are in debt or in arrears on their payments You will be negotiating and taking either a full repayment of the debt or a payment of the balance and setting up a repayment plan with the customer
The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiating and verbal skills and be target driven preferably with previous collections experience but applicants with strong sales skills who are used to working in a pressurized target driven environment will also be considered
Hours are based on a three week shift pattern with a salary of 16K17K plus generous commission scheme and excellent benefits...
