One of our clients currently has a need for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their rapidly growing central London team
Based between London Waterloo and London Bridge stations this is an excellent opportunity to join a successful consultancy with national coverage and a broad scope of works although most is focussed around Social Housing
The successful candidate will
Be a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors
Have 23 years post charter experience
Have extensive experience performing all building surveying duties on a range of properties
Be resident within a commutable distance of Central London
Have previous experience working in a private practiceconsultancy
In return my client is willing to offer up to 37000 per annum plus health pension professional fees dependant on experience suitability
