JOB DESCRIPTION
Taking calls and emails from business clients regarding their travel needs
Quoting and booking all travel needs including flights car hire rail hotel and ancillary services ie passport and visa requirements
Offering excellent customer service building a rapport with clients
Accounts tend to be small to medium size business
Working on CRS Amadeus or Galileo to make reservations
Working Monday to Friday office hours
EXPERIENCED REQUIRED
