Due to a recent restructure my client is now seeking a HR Director to who will report directly to the board They will oversee a team of 10 in its HR Department and be responsible for covering three sites and 500 staff The ideal candidate will degree level educated and be full CIPD qualified
THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Develop and implement successful HR and Training Strategies that support the long term growth and
transformation of the Company
Lead the HR and Training Teams in delivering an integrated service for the Company at all its locations to defined service standards timescales and budgets
Advise guide and support the Board in adopting best and ethical HR practices across the
organisation ensuring that all policies procedures and practices conform to current legislation
