My client is a national main contractor who due to a further increase in workload are looking to recruit an experienced design coordinator manager to work on various general build projects
To be considered for this role you MUST meet the following criteria
Have previous experience as a Design Build Coordinator Manager within a Main Contractor
Previously worked on projects within one or more of the following sectors Education Healthcare Commercial Leisure Industrial MOD ect
Experience working on projects valued between 05M 30M
Have experience both on site and in preconstruction Tendering ect
Must reside within East Anglia East of England
The ideal candidate will receive
Up to 50000 Basic Salary dependent on experience
