The Human Support Group are looking to appoint a Internal Recruitment Consultant to recruit care staff across the group within the geographical locations of Manchester Stockport and Cheshire
The successful applicant will be tasked with establishing a internal recruitment post specifically recruiting care workers to provide domiciliary care to vulnerable clients and older people within their own homes This post is the first in its kind for the group and is an exciting role for the right person
Key Responsibilities
To assess analyse and evaluate current recruitment processes and identify areas that need improving
To be responsible for all recruitment of new staff within the Manchester Stockport and Cheshire areas
