We are currently recruiting for an experience Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our clients successful and expanding team in Scotland
ESSENTIAL SKILLS EXPERIENCE for the Senior Mechanical Engineer
University Degree in Mechanical or Aeronautic Engineering
Proven design experience on high accuracy mechanical equipment
Knowledge of International standards and specifications
Ability to undertake aerodynamic selection design of centrifugal machines
Ability to perform design calculations and analysis from first principals
Competence with spreadsheets and design tool programmes
The Senior Mechanical Engineer will be required to
Undertaking and oversee aerodynamic and mechanical design of blower and gearbox for live contracts and sales proposals
Preparation of technical reports and submissions for RD site issues and submissions to customers
Checking of new or modified engineering drawings
Providing technical support to the shop...
