We are working on behalf of a national contractor that has an immediate requirement for a Quantity Surveyor work on a new project in Essex Reporting to the Commercial Manager you will be responsible for procurement and cost reporting through to final accounts on projects ranging in value from 3m 10m
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor
Must have rancompleted own projects in the range of 45m
JCT DB project experience
Multi sector building experience health education housing
Educated to a high standard Degree or HND preferred
Experienced in cost reporting
Commercially assertive and highly motivated
Fullclean driving licence
