We are looking for a highly qualified solicitor to be based in our Southend on Sea office The Applicant would ideally specialise primarily in Residential Property and Landlord Tenant law but who is in addition able to conduct and undertake Litigation and Dispute Resolution
We are a large corporate group of companies who purchase freehold reversions across the UK with a large portfolio in excess of 23000 units The company is continuing to grow and we require an inhouse lawyer to join our team
Work will encompass dealing with lease extensions drafting of leases enfranchisements Right to Manage applications residential conveyancing and property dispute resolution
