Our client is looking for a Finance Assistant to join their friendly and well established company in Amesbury
The purpose of the role is to assist with the administration and management of the Companys computerised financial accounting systems with particular emphasis on the Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables functions
Reporting into the Finance Manager the hours are full time and permanent with a salary which will start at 16716 and rise to 17615 after successfully completing probationary period
Key Responsibilities
Accounts payable duties
Accurately and consistently code supplier invoices and expenses maintaining up to date information
Accurately matching purchase invoices to purchase orders and goods received notes
Posting invoices onto the software package maintaining up to date information
To facilitate timely invoice authorisation ensuring supplier terms and conditions are met
