My client is one of the countries leading country house hotels with 4 red stars and 2 rosettes The hotel comprises of 30 individually designed rooms and can cater for up to 60 covers at any one time The hotel also gets very busy with weddings voted in the top 100 hundred wedding
The ideal Restaurant Manager will be from a similar background ideally as a Restaurant Manager however applications from a supervisor will be considered
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the running of the restaurant a long with occasional duty manager shifts within the hotel You will responsible for the training and development of junior members of the restaurant
