Position: Branch Administrator (3mths FTC

Reporting directly to the Divisional Director you will be an integral part of the branch providing support to all team members during the implementation of new software and also assisting with an increased administration workload due to expansion within the organisation Initially offered on a three months fixed term contract the ideal candidate will be ready to join the team just south of Bradford immediately
THE ROLE
Input and maintain Navision purchasing system records
Compile and update monthly purchasing system reports
Process all postal services for the branch both incoming and outgoing
Provide stationery support for the branch
Compile company vehicle annual driving license reviews
Maintain stock levels of hire product signage
Investigate and resolve supplier invoice queries
Organise maintain branch utility service contracts
Answer calls and process customer requirements
