THE ROLE
Input and maintain Navision purchasing system records
Compile and update monthly purchasing system reports
Process all postal services for the branch both incoming and outgoing
Provide stationery support for the branch
Compile company vehicle annual driving license reviews
Maintain stock levels of hire product signage
Investigate and resolve supplier invoice queries
Organise maintain branch utility service contracts
Answer calls and process customer requirements
