My client requires an experienced temporary Site Manager to work on Decent Homes projects windowsdoors as well as kitchen bathrooms in North London Reporting in to the Contracts Manager you will oversee a number of scattered housing sites in Hertfordshire both counties which will include kitchen bathroom refurbishments to Decent Homes standard
This is a temporary position paying up to 16 per hour Mileage Ltd Tax Status the contract is approximately until the end of the year overtime is at the discretion of the client
YOU MUST HAVE RECENT EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR A SOCIAL HOUSING CONTRACTOR DELIVERING DECENT HOMES CONTRACTS ALONG WITH THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS
First Aid
SMSTS 5 Day Health and Safety
Asbestos Awareness Certificate
Scaffold Awareness Certificate preferred but not essential
