Rock Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a well know Garden Centre in Southampton who are currently looking for a Restaurant General Manager
You will be required to manage the restaurant team to maximise profit minimise losses and offer excellent customer service through effective product display and presentation in order to meet company sales targets and objectives You will be acting as Duty Manager
You will be required to actively contribute to the achievement of budgeted sales and margins and the overall control of the restaurant stock levels
It will be your duty to review Restaurant staffing levels You will support the Restaurant Manager Head Chef and Team Leaders in the recruitment and induction of all new restaurant staff
You will be required to identify individual development need and actively support personal training and development plans
You will have previous cateringhospitality related management experience You must have excellent customer service skills...
