You will be responsible for
Taking responsibility for a branded and thriving Coffee shop you will drive your unit team to deliver the exceptional customer service that you pride yourself on and that keeps customers coming back time and time again 365 days a year
With responsibility for PL recruitment team development and motivation profit maximisation labour scheduling strategy and service this is a role thats about more than just daytoday operational management its about taking charge of everything thats needed to keep a successful restaurant running smoothly
