Our client is a leading Facilities Management provider with large and prestigious contracts all over the UK They are now looking to add to their team in Colchester with an Admin Team Leader responsible for managing and organisation of all admin functions on the contract including
Provide administrative support for the contract
Lead the other members of the team to ensure effective and accurate administrative procedures are maintained at all times
Control of the Work in progress WIP and understanding the contract in depth
Ensuring that the WIP is organisedby rep coding jobs as relevant finalising jobs invoicing maximisingprofit reducing any loss
Ensuring all jobs are completed and invoiced via the Atkins Integral systems
