The role involves working as part of a small finance team supporting the premium bordereau returns and other financial duties
This excellent opportunity allows the employee to move freely between purchase sales and nominal ledger tasks
Key responsibilities
To process claims payment runs cheques drafts and international payments from claims system
Completing payment details on claims systems
Update spreadsheets with information from payments runs
Assist in the completion of bank reconciliations
Reconcile the payment run spreadsheet with bank account
Generate cheque draft and electronic transfer payments from payment run report
Update claims database to confirm payment status
Reconcile control account on accounting database to bank account
Possible entry of purchase ledger invoices to Accounting database
