Our client is looking for an experienced IT Helpdesk support engineer to work on a temporary basis for 13 weeks
You will work as part of the Helpdesk team that includes a second Helpdesk Engineer a Call Handler and the Customer Services Manager and will report to the Operations Director
A self starter you will ensure that our service levels are paramount and will lead the Helpdesk Engineering team with a service orientated demeanour Working in a busy and sometimes hectic environment you will be required to have a calm methodical and understanding nature best suited to the service industry
A technically skilled engineer predominantly experienced in the Microsoft server platforms you will have an all round ability to troubleshoot diagnose and fix various faults ranging from PC based hardware and software issues network faults varying from switch failures to Firewall porting and Routing problems and Server originated faults including Active Directory and MS Exchange
