We currently require an experienced Fraud Investigator to join a well established team within a marketleading financial organisation The role expects candidates to be confident in conducting detailed investigations identifying and reporting on possible points of compromise and issues of non compliance
Responsibilities
Investigating fraud across all products by identifying and detecting fraudulent transactions and investigating claims
Conducting detailed investigations identifying and reporting on possible points of compromise and issues of non compliance
Confidently challenge new processes and procedures to improve performance and reduce losses
Offer administration support to other members of the team
Liaise confidently with external stakeholders and organisations and provide an outstanding customer service
