Purpose of the role
To deliver exceptional retail business performance through excellent customer service sales transactional and cashiering processing in line with agreed service levels
Role responsibilities will include sales and service of non regulated products dealing with general service enquiries cashiering and complaints handling
Competencies skills knowledge and experience required
Candidates should speak one of the following languages Urdu Punjabi Bengali or Gujarati
Candidates should have a proven track record of delivering customer service cashiering sales and building relationships in order to grow the business This experience should be within a banking or related industry
Additionally candidates should have
5 GCSEs C grade and above including Maths and English or equivalent
