Commercial Counsel Legal Counsel required by leading Solution Provider in Chalfont St Giles
This is a temporary position until the end of October
The Commercial Counsel will primarily be responsible for providing proactive legal advice guidance and counsel to members of the Life Sciences Commercial team in the EMEA region particularly when structuring and negotiating commercial contracts with some of the key strategic and corporate account customers The role holder will also be responsible for driving key projects across the business These projects will be critical for ensuring that our business deals are commercially sound and legally compliant In addition the role holder will also serve as the focal point for certain global business functions and initiatives
